Eligibility for Style Icon Of Bengal.
If you are new to this pageant world, the first step is to check the rules and eligibility criteria. Confidence and your zeal to win the best Beauty Pageant in Bengal tops the list of requirements when you are applying for Style Icon of Bengal. Secondary requirements are:
- Candidates can register online by filling online registration form from our website by paying only registration fee rupees 500/- only.
- Candidates can also register Offline from collecting form from our authorized registration center by paying registration fee rupees 500/- only.
- After completing online/offline registration candidates will be called for PI.
- At the time of PI candidate must bring age proof certificate.
- Only unmarried male/female candidates from West Bengal can participate in this beauty pageant.
- Age of the participants must be between 16 to 27 years.
- Height of the candidates must be 5’6″ and above for male and 5’3” and above for female.
- We will not provide any travel/stay/foods expenses.
- The organizing committee reserve the rights to reject or accept any application.
- The organizer shall not be held liable for any incident occurred during the pageant.
- If any of information furnished by you is found to be false will lead to cancellation of application.
- All Selected candidates will have to sign a CONTRACT with our company.

Contract Details
1) I ________________________________________ hereby JOIN the Modeling & Talent Agency ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd.
2) I agree to being REPRESENTED by ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’, it’s affiliates, principles, associates and agents for Modeling, Pageantary & Performing Arts Assignments.
3) I authorize ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’ and it’s Affiliates to carry, show, share, display, circulate or SHOWCASE on their websites: my Modeling Photographs, Headshots, Video Demos, Portfolio, or my Resume, for the purpose of attaining Modeling and Performing Assignments for me, or use them for the purposes of Advertising or Marketing the Agency & it’s Affiliates.
4) ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’ has my permission and my MODEL & ARTIST RELEASE to use all my pictures and video tapes shot by their photographers, videographers or associates for the purposes of publishing, printing, displaying, posting on website and broadcasting, for promotional purposes or financial gains in lew of publicity or profit sharing value.
5) By joining ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’, I allow the use of my CONTACT INFORMATION to be shared by all the principles and employees of the agency, and don’t hold the principles responsible for the misuse of that information by anyone associated.
6) ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’ researches and checks the reputation, legitimacy and background of all it’s associates, clients and contractors, knowing that, and understanding the fact that still there are no guaranties, I don’t hold ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’ at all responsible for my SECURITY AND WELL-BEING during the assignments or work-related travels. I myself will take all precautions, all security measures or have someone accompany me and be completely responsible for my safety, health and well-being.
7) Whenever I’m approached by any Businesses, Advertising Agencies, Marketing Firms, Modeling Agencies, Modeling Scouts, Event Planners, Casting Agents, Directors, Producers, Choreographers anybody offering Modeling, Acting, Dancing or Pageatery
Assignments of any kind paid or unpaid, I will FORWARD them the contact information of my agent at ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’.
8) I will only let ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’ always NEGOTIATE the fees, and will not quote any fees when being approched for assignments. Even before volunteering for a non-profit or a charitable cause, I will get an approval from my agent at TODAY’S MODEL.
9) I am required to be PUNCTUAL for all the assignments and rehearsals. I am obligated to give at least a 48 hour notice prior to any CANCELLATIONS due to extreme circumstances. I understand that any last minute cancellations on my part may carry a penalty.
10) I understand that the Assignments can be CANCELLED OR POSTPONED by the Clients without any prior notice. I will not hold
‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’ directly responsible for it.
11) I understand that even though ‘Tiimely Event Management Pvt Ltd’ will try their best to find me Assignments, still there are no guarantees of MINIMUM WORK of any sort. My Potential or Merit should be directly proportional to the amount of work that comes my way.
12) With our mutual consent, the DURATION of this contract is to be for 9 Months from today’s date.
13) I AGREE to all the stipulations stated above, whole-heartedly and with my free-will.
